Description: Cod3rZ has reported a vulnerability in ITCms, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
Input passed to the "shout" parameter in box/MiniChat/boxpop.php is not properly verified before being written to a web accessible file. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary PHP code included in the "shout" parameter by directly requesting box/MiniChat/data/shouts.php.
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.9. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Restrict access to trusted users only.
