Description: IRCRASH has reported a vulnerability in LifeType, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed to the "searchTerms" parameter in admin.php (if "op" is set to "editArticleCategories") is not properly sanitised before being returned to the administrator. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in an administrator's browser session in context of an affected site.
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.2.7. Prior versions may also be affected.
