Description

Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Zarafa, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.

1) Input passed via HTML in email headers is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site if the header of a malicious email is viewed within webaccess.

2) Input passed via the subject of an email when using the rightside preview pane is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site if the subject of a malicious email is viewed within webaccess.

Certain other issues which could lead to a crash were also reported.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to version 6.02.
