Description: Luigi Auriemma has reported a vulnerability in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error when handling nicknames and can be exploited to cause the server to crash via an overly long nickname (greater than 64 bytes).
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.0006. Other versions may also be affected.
