Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) or compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the System Management Agent (SMA) SNMP daemon (snmpd(1M)) and can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability affects Solaris 10 and OpenSolaris.
