Description: Some vulnerabilities have been reported in PunBB, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions or conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
1) Input passed to certain parameters in include/parser.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to a user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
NOTE: Potential cross-site scripting vectors have also reportedly been fixed in moderate.php.
2) An unspecified error can be exploited to inject arbitrary SMTP commands.
The vulnerabilities affect versions prior to 1.2.19.
