Some vulnerabilities have been reported in LoveCMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions, conduct cross-site request forgery attacks and compromise a vulnerable system.
1) The problem is that the application allows unrestricted access to the system/admin/addblock.php, system/admin/blocks.php, and system/admin/themes.php scripts. This can be exploited to modify various application settings or to execute arbitrary PHP code included in inserted page blocks.
2) The problem is that the application allows unrestricted access to the system/admin/images.php script. This can be exploited to e.g. delete arbitrary files from the local system via a specially crafted "delete" parameter.
3) The application allows users to perform certain actions via HTTP requests without making proper validity checks to verify the requests. This can be exploited to e.g. run arbitrary PHP code by tricking a logged-in administrator into visiting a malicious web site.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.6.2. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Restrict access to the system/admin directory (via e.g. ".htaccess"). Do not browse untrusted web sites or follow untrusted links while being logged-in to the application.
