Description:
fl0 fl0w has discovered a vulnerability in Numark Cue, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when processing .m3u files. This can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted play list file containing a long file name.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 5.0 and confirmed in the trial version revision 2.
