Description:
Luigi Auriemma has reported some vulnerabilities in the Unreal Engine, which can potentially be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) or compromise a user's system.

1) Multiple Format string errors exist when processing the "CLASS" parameter of a "DLMGR" command, downloading a malformed package (PKG), or when processing the "LEVEL" parameter of a "WELCOME" command.

Successful exploitation may allow the execution of arbitrary code but requires that the victim connects to a malicious server.

2) An assertion error can be exploited to shut down the Unreal Engine e.g. via specially crafted file requests sent to an affected server.

Successful exploitation requires that the attacker is able to join the server.
