Description:
Secunia Research has discovered two vulnerabilities in Sun Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

1) A boundary error exists in "sadmind" when decoding request parameters. This can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overflow via a specially crafted RPC request.

2) An integer overflow error exists in "sadmind" when allocating memory for incoming "sadmind" requests. This can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overflow via a specially crafted RPC request.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerabilities allows execution of arbitrary code.
