Description: cOndemned has reported a vulnerability in the Simple Forum module for LoveCMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to the application not properly restricting access to the "modules/simpleforum/admin/index.php" script. This can be exploited to e.g. change the forum administrator password by posting to the script directly.
This vulnerability is reported in version 3.1d. Other versions may also be affected.
