ahmadbady has discovered a security issue in BlogHelper, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.
The security issue is caused due to improper access restrictions to the "common_db.inc" include file. This can be exploited to disclose user credentials used to access the MySQL database by requesting the file directly.
Successful exploitation requires that ".inc" is not declared as a php suffix.
Solution: Restrict access to the "common_db.inc" include file (e.g. using a .htaccess file).
