Description: Some vulnerabilities have been reported in GraphicsMagick, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
1) A vulnerability is caused due to an error within the "ReadBMPImage()" function in coders/bmp.c when processing BMP images with negative image heights. This can be exploited to crash an affected application via specially crafted BMP images.
2) A vulnerability is caused due to an error within the "ReadDIBImage()" function in coders/dib.c when processing DIB images with negative image heights. This can be exploited to crash an affected application via specially crafted DIB images.
