Description:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in GOM Player, where one has an unknown impact, and the other can be exploited by malicious people to potentially compromise a user's system.

1) A boundary error in the srt2smi.exe program can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow via an SRT file containing an overly long string.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 2.1.16.4635. Other versions prior to 2.1.21.4846 may also be affected.

2) An unspecified error occurs when downloading a logo file. No further information is currently available.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 2.1.21.4846.
