Description

Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Matt Wright FormMail, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting or HTTP response splitting attacks.

1) Input passed to the "request" and "return_link_url" parameters in FormMail.pl is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

2) Input passed to the "request" parameter in FormMail.pl is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to include arbitrary HTTP headers in a response sent to the user.

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.92. Other versions may also be affected.
