Description


Br0ly has discovered a vulnerability in Rama Zaiten CMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.

Input passed to the "file" parameter in download.php is not properly verified before being used to read files. This can be exploited to download arbitrary files from the local system via directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 0.9.8. Other versions may also be affected.


Solution:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
