Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in dit.cms, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks, and disclose sensitive information or compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed via the "sitemap" parameter to multiple files is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources.

Examples:
http://[host]/menus/left_rightslideopen/index.php?sitemap=[file]
http://[host]/menus/side_pullout/index.php?sitemap=[file]
http://[host]/menus/side_slideopen/index.php?sitemap=[file]
http://[host]/menus/top_dropdown/index.php?sitemap=[file]
http://[host]/menus/topside/index.php?sitemap=[file]

2) Input passed via the "path" parameter to multiple files is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local or external resources.

Examples:
http://[host]/menus/left_rightslideopen/index.php?path=[file]
http://[host]/menus/side_pullout/index.php?path=[file]
http://[host]/menus/side_slideopen/index.php?path=[file]
http://[host]/menus/simple/index.php?path=[file]
http://[host]/menus/top_dropdown/index.php?path=[file]
http://[host]/menus/topside/index.php?path=[file]

Successful exploitation requires that "register_globals" is enabled.

3) Input passed to the "search_keywords" parameter in index.php is not properly sanitised before being return to the user. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is viewed.

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.3. Other versions may also be affected.
