Description:
Katie French has discovered some vulnerabilities in Alkacon OpenCMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

Input passed to the "homelink" parameter in system/modules/org.opencms.workplace.help/jsptemplates/help_head.jsp, to the "resource" parameter in system/workplace/editors/editor.jsp, and to the "mode" parameter in system/workplace/views/explorer/explorer_files.jsp is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

NOTE: Other parameters and scripts are also reportedly affected.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 7.5.0. Other versions may also be affected.
