Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the Message Queuing service (MSMQ) when processing data received from user space. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges via specially crafted IOCTL requests.

Successful exploitation requires that the Message Queuing service is manually installed and enabled.
