Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the Sun Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) implementation of secure LDAP connections. This can be exploited to trigger the use of an unencrypted connection and disclose LDAP requests for VDI configuration data.
The vulnerability is reported in Sun VDI Software 3.0 (for Solaris 10) for both the SPARC and x86 platforms.
