Description: A vulnerability has been reported in the Acer AcerCtrls.APlunch ActiveX control, which can be exploited by malicious people to potentially compromise a user's system.
The vulnerability is caused due to the AcerCtrls.APlunch ActiveX control (acerctrl.ocx) including the insecure "Run()" method. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary local files via specially crafted parameters passed to the affected method.
