Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in SPIP, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to the application performing database backup requests without properly checking credentials. This can be exploited to obtain e.g. the administrator's password hash via specially crafted requests to ecrire/index.php.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.9.2i and 2.0.9.
