Description: Some vulnerabilities have been reported in OpenAutoClassifieds, which can be exploited by malicious users to compromise a vulnerable system and by malicious people to conduct SQL injection and cross-site scripting attacks.
1) Input passed via the "filter" parameter to xml_zone_data.php and the "start_zip" parameter to listings.php
is not properly sanitised before being used in an SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
2) The application does not properly check the extension of uploaded profile images. This can be exploited to upload and execute arbitrary PHP code.
Successful exploitation requires a valid user account.
3) A vulnerability in SmartyPaginate can be exploited to conduct cross-site scripting attacks via listings.php.
For more information:

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.5.9. Prior versions may also be affected.
