Description: A security issue has been reported in Back In Time, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to potentially disclose sensitive information.
The security issue is caused due to the application incorrectly making all files in a backup directory word readable when deleting a snapshot. This can be exploited to potentially disclose the content of normally restricted files by reading them prior to removal.
The security issue is reported in version 0.9.26. Other versions may also be affected.
