Description: Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Cyrus IMAP Server, which can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) or compromise a vulnerable system.
1) An error in the handling of Sieve scripts when calculating the size of a string passed to "snprintf()" and can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code, but requires user access and the ability to define Sieve scripts.
2) Multiple boundary errors can be exploited to cause buffer overflows via specially crafted Sieve scripts.
The vulnerability is reported in versions 2.2.13 and 2.3.14.
