Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the "w" utility and can be exploited to cause heap-based buffer overflow.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code with "root" privileges.
