Description

Sun has acknowledged a vulnerability in Samba included in Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is reported in Solaris 10 with patch 119757-13 (SPARC) or patch 119758-13 (x86) and OpenSolaris builds snv_96 through snv_118.
