Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in IBM Lotus Quickr, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.

Input passed via document names and certain "place" properties is not properly sanitised before being stored. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session when the malicious data is viewed.

The vulnerabilities are reported in Lotus Quickr services for WebSphere Portal versions 8.0, 8.0.0.2, 8.1, and 8.1.1. Other versions may also be affected.
