Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in the Organic Groups module for Drupal, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.

Input passed while creating new groups is not properly sanitised before being displayed. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is being viewed.

Successful exploitation requires permission to create or edit group nodes.

The vulnerability is reported in Organic Groups versions prior to 5.x-7.4, 5.x-8.1 and 6.x-1.4.
