Description: A vulnerability has been discovered in Free WMA MP3 Converter, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the processing of WAV files, which can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow when a user is tricked into converting a specially crafted WAV file to WMA or MP3.
Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.1. Other versions may also be affected.
