Gentoo has issued an update for acroread. This fixes some vulnerabilities, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks, bypass certain security restrictions, create arbitrary files on the users system, cause a DoS (Denial of Service), or compromise a user's system.
