Description: Some vulnerabilities have been reported in python-markdown2, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.
1) Attributes passed via image references are not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is being viewed.
2) An error exists due to the use of predictable md5 hashes when processing HTML chunks. This can be exploited to insert HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is being viewed.
