Description:
Some weaknesses have been reported in various McAfee products, which can be exploited by malware to bypass the scanning functionality.

1) An error in the handling of TAR archives can be exploited to bypass the anti-virus scanning functionality via specially crafted archive files.

2) An error in the handling of PDF files can be exploited to bypass the anti-virus scanning functionality via specially crafted PDF files.
