Description: Damián Frizza has reported a vulnerability in IBM solidDB, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the solidDB server (solid.exe) when processing TCP packets. This can be exploited to terminate the service via a specially crafted packet sent to TCP port 2315, containing an invalid error code.
The vulnerability is reported in IBM solidDB Server 6.30.0.29 and 6.30.0.33. Other versions may also be affected.
