Description
A security issue has been discovered in odlican.net CMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The security issue is caused due to missing access restrictions to the upload.php script. This can be exploited to upload arbitrary files to the "files" folder inside the webroot and e.g. execute arbitrary PHP code.

The security issue is confirmed in version 1.5. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution
Reportedly fixed in version 1.6.
