Two security issues have been reported in IBM WebSphere Application Server, where one has an unknown impact and the other can be exploited by malicious, local users to disclose potentially sensitive information.
1) An unspecified error exists when a Java API for XML Web Services (JAX-WS) application with the WS-Security policy specifies a Time Stamp value. No further information is currently available.
2) Sensitive information is stored by "ceiDbPasswordDefaulter" in the "<WAS_HOME>/logs/managedprofiles/*_create.log" file.
Successful exploitation requires a feature pack to provide a profile template with a password defaulter.
Solution: Apply Fix Pack 33 (188.8.131.52) and Fix Pack 13 (184.108.40.206) when it becomes available.
Provided and/or discovered by: Reported by the vendor.
