Description

Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Google Chrome, where some have an unknown impact and others can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

1) The application bundles a vulnerable version of the Flash plugin.

2) An error related to a bad cast exists within the handling of SVG.

3) A buffer mismanagement error exists in the handling of the SPDY protocol.

4) An error exists related to "cross-origin property pollution".


Solution
Update to version 6.0.472.62 or later.

This has been patched in version 6.0.472.62, available yesterday (Friday, Sept. 17th):

I don't understand. I've got the latest version of Google Chrome (6.0.472.62) and PSI is detecting it as not patched.

Are you sure psi is not detecting the older Chrome file left over after updating (?)...it has to be removed manually. It continues to detect items even if they are still in the Recycle bin.
Have you checked information in both the Patched and Insecure tabs ?
