Description

Fedora has issued an update for dracut and udev. This fixes a vulnerability, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose sensitive information.

The vulnerability is caused due to insecure permissions being assigned to the "/dev/systty" device file. This can be exploited to monitor the terminal of a user logged in via tty0.


Solution
Apply updated packages via the yum utility ("yum update dracut udev").
