MustLive has discovered two vulnerabilities in neolao FLV Player Multi / Maxi, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

Input passed via the "onclick" and "ondoubleclick" configuration options is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in FLV Player Multi version 1.5.0 and FLV Player Maxi version 1.6.0. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution
Use a proxy to filter malicious characters and character sequences.
