Description

Red Hat has issued an update for glibc. This fixes multiple weaknesses, a security issue, and multiple vulnerabilities, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and potentially gain escalated privileges, by malicious users to potentially compromise a vulnerable system, and by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and compromise a vulnerable system.
