Description

Gentoo has acknowledged a vulnerability in mini_httpd, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error when writing log files and can be exploited to execute arbitrary code via a specially crafted HTTP request.

Solution
The vendor recommends to unmerge mini_httpd.
