Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AIR, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

for those of us running windows 8 or IE10 there is a very good chance these updates aren't applicable to us, hopefully soon PSI can tell the difference between IE10 and IE9.
