Red Hat has issued an update for JBoss Enterprise Application Platform. This fixes two security issues, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.
1) An error when handling server caching related to connections for remote EJB (Enterprise Java Beans) invocations using the remote-naming project can be exploited to gain access to a previously authenticated session via an EJB client.
2) An error when handling server caching related to remote EJB invocations via the EJB client API can be exploited to gain access to a previously authenticated session via an EJB client.
Solution: Updated packages are available via Red Hat Network.
