Solution:
If possible configure your mailserver og mailgateway to drop message/partial emails by default.

Using desktop AntiVirus software will mitigate the risk.

Update to the latest version of the following:

TrendMicro InterScan VirusWall 3.52
ftp://ftp-download.trendmicro.com.ph/Gateway/ISNT/3.52/

GFI MailSecurity for Exchange 7.2 is not vulnerable, but earlier versions are
http://www.gfi.com/mailsecurity/

MIMEDefang 2.21 has been fixed to deal with this issue, earlier versions are vulnerable
http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/

McAfee Webshield SMTP for NT/2000 is vulnerable and we are not aware of any patches or updates.
