Description: The Oracle TNS Listener may be crashed by issuing a SERVICE_CURLOAD command.
Connect to Oracle TNS listener 1521/tcp and issue the command (CONNECT_DATA(COMMAND=SERVICE_CURLOAD)) as long as the user is connected everything is ok, but when the user disconnects the service will either crash or just stop accepting new connections.
Not all versions are vulnerable, the following versions are known to be vulnerable:
Oracle 9.2.x
Oracle 9.0.x
Oracle 8.1.x
