Solution:
We recommend that you install this patch when possible, please keep in mind that you are still vulnerable to multiple other serious vulnerabilities if you do not disable active scripting.

Changelog:
06/12-2002 Microsoft has agreed with the security community that it indeed is possible execute arbitrary code and not just programs already present on the system. The patch is unchanged but Microsofts official bulletin has changed. (now we only need the rest of the vulnerabilities)
