Solution: Secunia recommend that printing services only are accessible by local and trusted users, they should never by accessible from the Internet.
CUPS version 1.1.18 is not vulnerable.
http://www.cups.org/
RedHat does not use CUPS by default, but CUPS is included. Updates will be available soon.
Mac OS X ships with CUPS, but is only vulnerable if printer sharing is enabled.
Other operating systems may be vulnerable by default. If possible disable CUPS otherwise use iptables, ipchains or similar filtering to limit access to trusted IPs.
