Description: DCP-Portal includes files in an insecure way, this allows inclusion of arbitrary php code.
The $root parameter is used to include certain files. This allows malicious users to include arbitrary code.
The cookie dcp5_member_id only needs to be set to get access to the members area and dcp5_member_admin must be set to "5" and you have full administrative access.
