Description: A vulnerability in SuSE Linux can be exploited by malicious, local users to escalate their privileges.
The vulnerability is caused by a boundary error in the command "lprm" of the printing package "lprold". According to the advisory from SuSE, a local user can cause a buffer overflow if the printer system is set up correctly. This allows the user to gain root privileges as the program is installed setuid root.
