Version 6.5.20 is not vulnerable.
For versions 6.5.14 to 6.5.19 apply patch number 5071 from:
ftp://patches.sgi.com/support/free/security/patches/
Changelog:
2003-04-25: SGI reported that the original patch did not fix all of the vulnerabilities. New patch released.
